When in the process of interviewing bakeries whom you may choose to make your wedding cake, consider the following:

  1. Will they allow you to setup an appointment for a free wedding cake taste sampling? 
  2. When you arrive at the cake shop, how clean do the kitchen, and other areas appear?
  3. Be sure to ask about seeing as many photos of their wedding cake designs as possible.
